End Of Year Concert For All Students

At the end of each year there is a spectacular production showcasing all of the talents and hard work that all of the dancers have put in throughout the year during their dance classes. 

The concert is the highlight of the year and is so much fun! It is a commitment and teaches the children all of the aspects of being in a large scale production.  Our team creates a production that is themed with a story line which is performed by the students in The Hunter Theatre (Broadmeadow) with professional lighting and sound.

Please note that rehearsals and both concerts are compulsory for all students.

Parents/Guardians will be provided with a Concert Permission Slip towards the end of Term 2 which is required to be signed and returned before the commencement of Term 3. At this time, a non refundable deposit of $50 per costume must be paid so that costumes can begin to be ordered & organised. Parents/Guardians will then be provided with a final costume invoice in Term 4 and then costumes will be distributed in class once accounts are finalised.

There is a one off concert fee of $100 which is made up of a rehearsal fee, concert levy and a recording of the concert. This fee covers expenses for rehearsals, headpieces, props or accessories that the dancers may require for the concert and also includes a specially designed concert tee shirt for all students.

Photo Day:

Sunday 30th November 2025 at The Collective Dance Academy Salamander Bay Studio 

Full Dress Rehearsal:

Saturday 29th November 2025 at The Collective Dance Academy Salamander Bay Studio 

Technical Theatre Rehearsal:

Wednesday 3rd December 2025 at the Hunter Theatre (Cameron St, Broadmeadow)

Concert:

Saturday 13th December 2025 at the Hunter Theatre (Cameron St, Broadmeadow)
